Shipping & Return Policy:

All orders will ship within a week, often within several days. We manufacture all of our red rubber stamps to order so occasionally when our order volume is high, it can take up to a week. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Orders shipped within the U.S., and U.S. territories:

All U.S. orders over $50 receive FREE shipping. (Excluding wholesale orders which are charged actual shipping costs at the time of shipment).

The default amount is $23.95 which covers most small orders. We use the USPS flat rate international envelopes for most orders. Your order will be charged actual shipping costs if the amount is larger than $23.95. We will contact you to discuss shipping options before we charge you. If you paid by Paypal we will send a request for funds through Paypal for the additional postage. If you used a credit card we will contact you.

Return Policy:

We guarantee the workmanship of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily refund your money upon receipt of the item in unused, resellable condition.

If you'd like to return an item, refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund for the purchase price of your items. We do not refund shipping charges related to your purchase.
